folkd (beta) have just launched yesterday. This a bit more than just Social bookmarking with network, digg like voting, notes, podcast, several language support and an original feature called: Action tags (see below).

A clear and colorful interface with cool logos created by Marcel Zellweger from chank.com
Here's a quick overview of the feature else than the usual Private/Public items, Popular/Recent/Related tags, Search with file type support, make friends... etc :
- Media support: upload and listen to music.
- Notes: You can add/leave notes to a specific web page with tags and reference URLs.
- International language support: This is very good, a check-box that let's you hide/show English, German, French and/or Spanish items.
- Voting + Item moderation: Like digg, you can notify a bad link. (Spam, duplcate, just bad...) It also has a news section.
- Action Tags:, they have implemented something like the a del.icio.us or Shadows @tag idea with more: '@' to mail an item (eg. @tag), the : colon to get hierarchical archives (eg. dev:php:tag), '#' for Personal or Special tags (eg. #Tools) and the usual tag also supporting quotes (eg. "web tag")
To use folkd it requires a sidebar extension (for Firefox or Internet Explorer), this let's you directly access all the above features all the time. Note that you can save OR vote separately.
Still in BETA: I just installed the extension, all the features on the sidebar didn't seem to have any problems though when I tried to save from folkd's websites I got a message saying: “Sorry, but currently submissions can only be made with folkd.com Browser extension” ... a part from that it looks cool and I like their language and Action tags, though spacialy for the Action tags, it's only by using that I'll find out how useful it is.
